Itenerary:

Day 1:  (~80 miles) Travel to the start of the trail at the top of the state of Colorado from Boulder, this will acclimatize us to the altitude if you are coming from out of state. This day will be a short ride to the first camp near Steamboat Springs

• Day 2: Steamboat Springs area to Gypsum, (~120 miles). Todays ride training will focus on more advanced techniques. Things like water crossing skills, advanced braking, hill rescue etc. The camp with be taken down and luggage stored in the support vehicle to arrive at tonights camp and be ready for us to roll in after an unforgettable day of riding.

• Day 3: Gypsum area to Buena Vista Area, (~130 miles). Today’s rider training will focus on everybody’s favorite… sand! Once you learn how to ride it properly you might agree with that statement.

• Day 4: Buena Vista to Crested Butte, (~70 miles.)

• Day 5:  Crested Butte to Lake City, (~80 miles.)  Today’s rider training will focus on tight trail riding.  Should be a blast as we make our way to some of the most beautiful terrain the state has to offer in the alpine loop!

• Day 6:  Alpine Loop, (~60 miles.)  Today’s rider training will focus on your nerves and will be applied to steep loose terrain with big consequences.  This section of CO is our favorite!!  Action packed and like nothing else in the world.

• Day 7:  Lake City to Telluride, (~90 miles.)  Another local favorite! You will be proud of yourself at the end of the day knowing what you have just accomplished.

• Day 8:  Ride back to Boulder, (~380 pavement miles.)  Rehash the amazing trip you just went on and get ready for your next House of Motorrad Adventure!
